Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Dental Commission on June 02, 2026, issued circular regarding submission of Anti-Ragging Compliance Reports on NOC Anti-Ragging Portal.

The Commission has expressed serious concern over several dental institutions failing to submit the mandatory Anti-Ragging Compliance Report for April 2026 by the deadline of April 30, 2026. Submission of this report is a compulsory statutory obligation, and responsibility lies with the Head of the Institution. Reasons such as administrative issues or lack of technical knowledge will not be accepted.

As a final one-time relaxation, the Anti-Ragging Portal has been reopened until June 20, 2026 for submission of pending reports. Institutions must comply within this extended period, as no further extensions will be granted.

Failure to adhere to timelines in the future may result in strict regulatory action, including negative impact on inspections, approvals, seat increases, course continuation, and other regulatory matters. Persistent non-compliance may also invite action under the National Dental Commission Act, 2023.

All institutions are advised to treat this matter with utmost urgency and seriousness.
